Location: Salzburg Congress is located in the heart of the "new" city, on the other river side from the Old City. For lunches and dinners, plenty of restaurants of all types are located in the immediate vicinity (see map). In addition, a limited number of congress attendees may be served for lunch in the Café of Salzburg Congress on the first floor.

With the opening of the Salzburg Congress Center in 2001 a venue for all kinds of events has been installed in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

Convincing architecture, state-of-the-art equipment, the latest in stage technology and future-oriented communications systems provide the ideal setting for a congress. The rooms have an extremely flexible layout and can be divided into up to 15 conference rooms - as required - accommodating from 20 to 1,350 people.

The entire building is equipped to meet the needs of the handicapped.

IT facilities

There will be a few computer terminals available in the Café for checking of eMails. Moreover, we offer free WLAN connection for email communication; you will have to login with codes to be communicated.  This service will be provided in all rooms of the Conference Centre. If some registrant or exhibitor would need a faster connection or a connection with a higher download volume, please contact MAW for providing this service.
